Regular Program is a 15-17 weeks (1 semester) program. Students are grouped in the beginner, intermediate, and advanced classes based on the result of the placement tests. All subjects are taught by professors on the Faculty of Cultural Sciences, Universitas Gadjah Mada. At the end of the course, each student will receive a certificate of completion and transcript signed by the Dean of the Faculty of Cultural Sciences, Universitas Gadjah Mada.
How to Apply*:
Each student has to submit and send an application letter together with the following documents to our online application system at https://admission.ugm.ac.id/registration/:
- Completed Admission Form (document available online**);
- Personal statement (document available online**);
- Curriculum vitae (resume, student data);
- Copies of academic records and diplomas;
- Letter of recommendation from applicant’s school or institution;
- Passport-sized (3 x 4 cm) photographs (red background);
- Scanned copy of ID or applicant’s passport, showing the applicant’s picture and the date of issue and expiry;
- Scanned copy of ID or passport cover.

Tuition Fee*:
The tuition fee consists of course and student service fees, as follows:
