Based on the information from Yogyakarta Immigration Office, foreign students who like to get Exit Permit Only (EPO) should organize it 10 days before their departure date. It is due to the immigration office needs 7 days to proceed the EPO. However, such urgent condition like students or family member got sick or passed away are not included to this regulation. Foreign students can request their EPO letter from Office of International Affairs UGM (OIA), as your sponsor, before going to immigration office.
